The SmartTRAK Customer Success team ensures that our users are realizing the maximum benefit of the platform.
The SmartTRAK Customer Success team has been created to ensure that our users are realizing the maximum benefit of the platform. This team will grow to be a central point of contact for users complementing the existing SmartTRAK Sales and Analyst teams.
Customer Success team goals are to build relationships with our customers and to ensure the platform is adding value. The team is available to provide complimentary training (refresher or new user) in person or via video. The team is also ready to facilitate and assist with client engagements with SmartTRAK Sales Representatives and Analysts. In addition, the team will also attend conferences and industry events to be available to meet with customers.
The Customer Success Team is comprised of the following individuals:
- Ray Luzi – VP of Customer Success – 25+ years of Customer Service handling many Fortune 500 companies
- Tracey Clarke – Account Manager – 20+ years of Customer Service, Product Manager and Project Management experience
- Beth Roach – Account Manager – 20+ years of Competitive Intelligence and Market Research experience in the Medical Devices and Orthopedics industries
- Sara Cooley – Relationship Manager – 5+ years of experience in Account Management and Sales in the medical device industry with a concentration in Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and ENT. Prior roles were with Kairos Surgical, an Arthrex Distributor, and American Surgical Company.
